**This is an add on, not a full session of cold stone massage** If you need to book a cold stone massage session, please book your massage session first, and then also book this add on.** Cold stones, like hot stones, are also used in massage therapy. While hot stones are used to provide heat and relaxation to the muscles, cold stones are used to provide a cooling and soothing effect. Cold stones are usually made of marble, granite, or other materials that can retain coldness for a long time. The therapist may use the cold stones to reduce swelling, numb pain, or improve circulation. Cold stone therapy is commonly used to treat conditions such as migraines, inflammation, and sprains. It is also used to refresh and revitalize the skin, especially in hot weather.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 267-351-6789 24 hours in advance. Please be respectful of your service provider's time. We ask you to arrive 10 mins earlier than your appointment time to check in. If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours prior notice, we will refund your payment less 3.5% booking fee. (Ex: if your payment was $20, we will refund you $19.3). To avoid this booking fee, you can reschedule your appointment to another time with 24 hours notice by texting your current appointment detail and the new proposed time to 267-351-6789. For late cancellation: If you cancelled your appointment within 24 hours of your appointed time, you will be charged 50% of the service. However, you can avoid this by rescheduling your appointment 2 hours prior to the start time of your session by texting your current appointment detail and the new proposed time to 267-351-6789. Late check in: In case you are running late, please call/text 267-351-6789 to inform us. If you are running late, your service time may be shortened if we have another appointment coming up. For no call no show: no call no show HURTS!!!! Please try not to do this. It hurts your therapist and your local business here! If you do not show up for your appointment and did not give 2 hours prior notice, we will charge 50% of the service. We will reinforce this! Repeated no call no show clients will not be able to schedule any future services. If you have any emergencies, let us know ASAP. We will work with you. No call no show HURTS your local business!!!! So please reschedule or cancel 24 hours ahead. We reserve the right to reinforce our Cancellation & No Show No Call Policy!
